Conditions of service and repair
The new after-sales service ECAT Orologi responds to the needs of technical assistance of the customer both under warranty and out of warranty.
Customers holding an Ecat product - correctly installed and purchased for home or professional use - who finds malfunctions may directly contact the technical assistance center to obtain the intervention of highly specialized, with original materials, quickly and in clear pre-established conditions. COSTS (gross prices)
Cost of repairs
Initial fixed fee € 110 for products with a value equal to or greater than 400 €
Initial fixed fee 60 € for products with a value of less than 400 €
+ Price of new original replacement parts (ECAT OROLOGI PARTS LIST)
Quotation
The cost of the quotation is covered in the initial fixed fee (110 € for products with a value equal or greater than 400 €; 60 € products with a value of less than 400 €) and will be charged only if the repair is not carried out. If the quotation is accepted and the repair is carried out, the fixed fee is charged only once.
The quotation will be drawn up within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the goods.
SHIPPING
Goods under warranty
The goods must be sent to ECAT Orologi exclusively at the senders expense, adequately packaged.
GOODS SENT AT RECEIVERS EXPENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
The repaired goods will be returned ECAT Orologi carriage paid at no extra charge.
Goods out of warranty
The goods must be sent to ECAT Orologi exclusively at the senders expense, adequately packaged.
GOODS SENT AT RECEIVERS EXPENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
The repaired goods will be returned by ECAT Orologi with charges in invoice (or carriage paid with clients shipping company).
NB: all prices quoted are gross prices to which must be applied individual discount rate.
